Published quarterly by e-MED Limited. An annual subscription is included in full membership and affiliate membership of the BSMS.

Full membership is £42 a year. Retired and affiliate membership is £30 a year. A reduced fee for corporate membership of £40 per member is available when 10 or more named members join en bloc. Libraries and non-members may subscribe at the annual price of £85.
