Portfolios
As a healthcare professional employed by the NHS, you work in an environment which demands efficiency and accountability. As an employee, and professional, your contribution within the NHS will depend on a range of competencies and acquiring the new skills and knowledge necessary to do your job efficiently and effectively. You will be required to demonstrate that you are doing this by providing evidence of your learning and your own Continuing Professional Development.

They include guidance and extensive templates for creating your own professional portfolio.
