BSMS
members have free access to a dedicated legal helpline - a 24-hour
service providing legal advice on any subject whether commercial,
professional or private which is personal to the member. The legal
help line is provided through a professional organisation set up
to provide such services. All members are sent details on the numbers
to call and the services provided.

future reference and no time limit is imposed on any one problem. |

will cover self representation at Small Claims Courts and
